SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include transit time. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. SCOUT is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Preorder items ship at a later date. Estimated ship dates are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
