4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.
If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded the amount paid.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
All sales are final. SCOUT does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, SCOUT will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit if inventory is available. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without photo documentation will not be eligible for review.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Preorders
Preorder items are produced or shipped at a later date. Estimated ship dates are provided but may change. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
Preorders are non-cancelable once placed unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and product names — is the property of SCOUT and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
